As a truck driver within the Pomerleau civil engineering & infrastructure team, you will have to work closely with all workers to ensure the coordination of the work. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars - you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites.

What You Will Do

• Driving a transport truck
• Transport the equipment to the requested locations
• Optimize your journey so as to be efficient
• Maintain your truck by performing daily inspections and report any problems or repairs required
• Safely load and unload construction materials
• Respect local and federal regulations regarding driving and transportation
• Collaborate with other members of the site team
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards
• Work as a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting working climate, communicate effectively with colleagues and other shifts on the site
• Perform all other related tasks related to operations

This Role Is Made For You If You Have

• A valid Class 5 driver's license
• A valid CCQ card (occupation)
• ASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 card
• A minimum of 3 years experience in off-highway truck driving
