Job summary

Manitoulin Transport is seeking a night-shift dock associate to unload inbound and load outbound P&D trailers. You will document conditions on a handheld device, reweigh and cube freight as needed, and maintain an organized yard and warehouse.

Heavy lifting is required while following Health & Safety and company policies. The role runs Monday to Friday, 10 pm – 6 am, with flexibility to meet freight demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must work well independently
• Must have forklift experience
• Heavy lifting is required

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound and load outbound P&D trailers.
• Document overages, shortages and damages on handheld device.
• Reweigh and cube freight as required; keep yard and warehouse clean.
• Responsible for claim-free movement and sorting of freight.
