Job summary

XTL Transport Inc. is seeking a dynamic Class 1 Driver to join our U.S. division based in Vaudreuil.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while upholding safety and compliance. This position offers a flexible schedule (Thursdays–Monday), on-site parking, and a supportive team environment. A valid Class 1 license, US experience, and a clean background are required, with CFTR experience valued.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class 1 License – mandatory.
• 1 year of Class 1 driving experience / 6 months CFTR experience – mandatory.
• Clear Criminal search – mandatory.
• 6 months of US experience – mandatory.
• Clean Drive Abstract – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive tractors and move freight safely as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with XTL Transport policies and procedures.
• As an XTL Driver Ambassador, establish and maintain positive relationships with account contacts.
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately.
• In collaboration with the dispatch team, drive dedicated routes.
• Keep an e-log and log hours efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.

Requirements

• Must have valid Class 1 License - mandatory

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive tractors and move freight in a safe and responsible manner assigned by XTL Transport Inc., while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain compliance with XTL Transport policies and procedures, while working safely.
• As an XTL Driver Ambassador, establish and maintain positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately
• In collaboration with the dispatch team, get the opportunity to drive dedicated routes
• Able to keep an activities e-log and log hours efficiently
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
