Job summary

Carmens Group is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time, permanent overnight role at The C Hotel in Hamilton. The position offers 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shifts with compensation of $18.50–$20.00 per hour plus a $1 premium for night hours. Prior hotel experience and Smart Serve are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel experience (Guest Services Agent or Night Auditor)
• Smart Serve certification required
• Overnight availability 11:00 pm–7:00 am, including weekdays and weekends
• Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A college or university education in hospitality management is an asset
• Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset

• Review daily records, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers

Position Details:

Job Type: part-time, permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Auditor, you’ll provide attentive guest service and help keep hotel operations running smoothly overnight.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive experience

The Hospitality You Bring to Every Stay

• 1–2 years of experience in a hotel setting, ideally as a Guest Services Agent or Night Auditor
• Valid Smart Serve certification required
• Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekdays and weekends
• Friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A college or university education in hospitality management is an asset
• Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset
