Job summary

Urgo Hotels in Mont-Tremblant is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Residence Inn Marriott and Homewood Suites Hilton, two hotels at the foot of Tremblant station. Training is available and schedules are flexible to accommodate operations and guest service during the night.

You will handle nightly auditing, guest support, and safety, ensuring accurate daily reporting and smooth operations while maintaining Marriott standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Perform the night audit, balance and finalize the day's transactions.

• Manage late arrivals, early departures, and reservation changes.
• Verify room availability and update room status; process payments.
• Collaborate with departments to respond to guest requests.
• Ensure hotel and guest security during the night.
• Handle front desk tasks as needed.

YOUR ROLE

The night auditor ensures the smooth operation of nighttime operations while guaranteeing continuity of customer service. They are responsible for daily auditing, hotel security, and guest support during the night, while ensuring compliance with standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests, respond to their requests, and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Perform the night audit: verify, balance, and finalize the day's transactions.
• Prepare required reports and ensure system updates.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures, and reservation modifications.
• Verify room availability, assign rooms, and update room status. Ensure application of payment policies and process credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.
• Ensure the security of the hotel and guests during the night.
• Perform certain front desk tasks - All other related tasks.
