Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front office operations and night cleaning staff.
• Audit, balance, post and report financial transactions.
• Supervise night cleaners and coach them.
• Provide next-day Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales reports.
• Handle guest luggage, laundry, faxes, packages and requests.
