Camions Excellence Peterbilt in Laval is seeking a New Truck Preparation Technician for the evening shift. You will prepare trucks for delivery, install accessories, and perform basic mechanical adjustments to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and can work independently within a team. A valid driver’s license and bilingual ability are a plus; experiential knowledge of electrical systems or hydraulics is beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepare new trucks for delivery to customers.
• Install accessories and equipment per customer requirements.
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments and repairs.
• Check operation of equipment and components.
• Carry out inspections to ensure trucks are ready for delivery.
• Identify and report any required adjustments or repairs.
• Complete documentation and work orders; move vehicles as needed.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality prep.

New Truck Preparation Technician – Evening Shift

Salary: Starting at $20.37/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight

Concretely, in this position you will take care of:

• Prepare new trucks for delivery to customers;

• Perform basic mechanical adjustments and repairs;
