The North Bay Central Ambulance Communications Centre (CACC), part of North Bay Regional Health Centre, provides 24/7 emergency medical dispatch for Nipissing, Parry Sound and Temiskaming. Dispatch services include radio and telephone coordination, with rapid ambulance deployment and coordination of six Emergency First Response teams.
Qualified applicants must meet Ontario qualifications, hold valid first aid and CPR certificates, and complete MOH-approved Ambulance Communications training.

The North Bay Central Ambulance Communications Centre (CACC), part of the North Bay Regional Health Centre, handles approximately 36,000 calls each year using advanced computer-aided dispatch, radio, and telephone systems. It provides 24/7 emergency medical communications for the Districts of Nipissing, Parry Sound, and Temiskaming, while also dispatching six Emergency First Response teams and offering paging services for 20 fire departments. In addition, CACC serves as the backup Fire/911 communications centre for one community.
