Role Description:

TREALT is seeking a motivated and ambitious New Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is designed for recently licensed agents (or those about to be licensed) who are eager to jumpstart their real estate career with the support of a high-performing team. As a member of TREALT, you’ll benefit from direct mentorship, quality leads, and hands-on training to build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today's competitive market.

As a New Agent on our team, you will:

  • Work with buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their needs and guide them through real estate transactions
  • Receive leads and appointments directly from the team’s marketing efforts
  • Shadow and learn from top-performing agents within the team
  • Attend listing appointments, open houses, showings, and client meetings
  • Access proven systems and scripts to support client conversion and follow-up
  • Be part of regular team meetings, skill-building sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Collaborate on marketing, branding, and personal business development
  • Use tools such as CRM systems, MLS, and transaction management platforms

This is a flexible opportunity with the option to work remotely and in-person as needed. Whether you're looking to close your first deal or gain consistent traction, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced, and growth-minded environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be licensed (or in the process of obtaining your license) to trade in real estate in Ontario
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and committed to learning and growing
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to follow systems and training for success
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and real estate platforms
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
