As a team member, you will welcome visitors, conduct model home tours, and guide clients from first visit to closing, negotiating purchase agreements with builders.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with Ontario license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work weekends according to sales office hours.
• Experience in new home sales or pre-construction is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors at new home sales sites across Greater Hamilton, West Niagara and Brant County.
• Conduct model home tours and present the features of each home and community.
• Guide clients through the buying process—from first visit to closing.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Educate clients on home collections, upgrades, and financing options.
• Write and negotiate purchase agreements with the builder and brokerage team.
• Stay current on market conditions, competitive communities, and builder incentives.
