Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is launching the Odyssey Program for new graduates. Based in our Civil division, you’ll gain hands-on experience across bridges, transportation, municipal infrastructure, and site supervision, working on projects that shape communities worldwide.

You will receive mentorship, training, and exposure to diverse projects, with a hybrid working culture and strong emphasis on career development as you start your engineering career.

Qualifications

• New graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (graduation in 2027).
• Strong interest in learning and exploring new challenges.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Has Industry software skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• A valid driver’slicense may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Bridges: design and project management, inspections.
• Transportation: planning and development of transportation systems, including roads, railroads and airports.
• Municipal Infrastructure: design and management of utilities and other infrastructure.
• Site supervision/inspection and surveying of road, municipal, bridge, port and civil works.

While working in the Civil division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas/fields:

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $_61,900 - $80,000annually) Base salaries aredeterminedaccording to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers_.
