Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada is launching the Odyssey program for recent graduates. This initiative offers hands-on experience, tailored mentorship, and exposure to diverse engineering projects that challenge and inspire you.

You will contribute within the Hydropower and Geotechnical Division across multiple core areas, including hydropower design, geotechnical assessments, and hydro civil structures, with a flexible hybrid working culture and strong emphasis on training and development.

Qualifications

• New graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil/Structural, Electrical or Mechanical engineering (Graduation in 2027).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Hydropower: design, test, and support electrical systems in hydropower facilities.
• Geotechnical: assess ground conditions and design slopes, retaining structures, excavations, tunnels.
• Hydro Civil Structures: design and deliver water infrastructure projects from planning to construction support.

Your role

While working in the Hydropower and Geotechnical Division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas:

• Hydropower: Design, test, and support electrical systems used in hydropower facilities while gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy projects.

• Geotechnical: Assessground conditions and design slopes,retainingstructures, excavations, tunnels, and underground infrastructure to support safe, resilient, and sustainable construction projects.

• Hydro Civil Structures: Design and deliver water infrastructure projects, including hydroelectric facilities, dams, waterways, roads, stormwater systems, and shoreline protection solutions, from planning and design through construction support.

About you

• Newgraduate with abachelor’s degree inGeotechnical, Civil/Structural, Electrical or Mechanicalengineering(Graduation in 2027).
