AtkinsRéalis is launching the Odyssey Program in Toronto for recent graduates to kickstart their engineering careers. You will gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects in the Process Engineering and Automation Division.

Qualifications

• Newgraduate with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering (Graduation in 2027).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and Operational Readiness: Plan, test, and commission major infrastructure and engineering systems, ensuring equipment and assets are designed, installed, and operated safely and correctly before they are put into service.
• Process & Water: Design and deliver industrial process systems, taking projects from concept and engineering design through testing, commissioning, and startup.
