Job summary

Quora is seeking a Software Engineer (New Grad) to join the ML platform team. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in Canada or the United States and includes mentorship from senior engineers while shipping to production in a few weeks.

You will work on Python, Go, C++, and PyTorch-based systems, contributing to scalable infrastructure, GPU serving, and developer tooling to accelerate ML model deployment across large-scale services.

Qualifications

• 2025 or 2026 graduate in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Genuine interest in large-scale distributed systems and ML.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain the core infrastructure powering Quora's ML platform.
• Develop distributed systems serving ML models in production.
• Work on GPU model serving to optimize latency and cost.
• Contribute to PyTorch-first standardization and ML ecosystem updates.
• Improve ML developer velocity with tooling for development and deployment.
• Modernize feature store to accelerate production feature delivery.
