Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Oakville Honda is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team and drive first-rate customer experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising all sales activities, mentoring staff, coordinating with service and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations. The role offers a total compensation in the CAD 110k–160k range with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Experience in auto sales preferred.
• Two years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage at all times.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.
• Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs.
• Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.
• Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed.

Pay Rate

Total compensation consisting of bonus + salary can range from $110,000-$160,000
