Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound sales calls
  • Managing prospects and following up on quote requests in a timely manner
  • Providing professional advice and exceptional service
  • Reviewing necessary underwriting reports to verify accuracy of quotes
Qualifications:
  • Must be RIBO licensed
  • Must have one year of insurance sales experience
  • Must have one year of call centre experience
  • Must exude high energy, self-motivation and a relentless attitude
  • Exemplary balance between providing an exceptional client experience and achieving sales requirements
  • Must provide attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and superior time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Broker Management Systems (CompuQuote, SIG, Keal)
  • Ability to work weekday evenings and Saturdays
