AbbVie Canada is seeking a permanent full-time Therapeutic Specialist to promote Botox benefits for Chronic Migraine, Spasticity, and Movement Disorders. You will engage physicians and allied health professionals in hospitals, the community, and long-term care, covering a territory including North York, Barrie, Sudbury, Timmins, and Thunder Bay.

You will develop robust plans to execute brand strategy, build relationships, and drive sales while upholding AbbVie's code of conduct and regulatory

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical industry, plus minimum of two years Key Account Management experience.
• Preferred experience: physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing.
• Proven sales track record and strong presentation skills.
• Strong ability to adapt selling approach to customer style and behavior.
• In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product and competitive landscape.

• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Support key stakeholders' needs and build trusted relationships.
• Execute call plans to maximize sales opportunities and coverage.

• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers and develop disease state experts.
