Qualifications

• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA (in progress or completed).
• Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring: Use network monitoring tools to track system performance and uptime.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Respond to user-reported network issues, perform diagnostics, and resolve or escape problems.
• Hardware Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, access points, and cabling.

We currently have a 7 months contract opportunity for a Network Administrator. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON. Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB. Here’s where you’ll have an impact:

• Basic Troubleshooting: Respond to user-reported network issues, perform diagnostics, and resolve or escape problems.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and certifications to build technical skills and knowledge.
