Integrity360 in Calgary is seeking a Network Security Analyst (Level 1) to join a dynamic security operations team. The role focuses on Level 1 triage, remote support, and managing incidents across multi-vendor environments.
You will work with firewall technology such as Palo Alto, Fortinet and Cisco, participate in on-call rotations, and help deliver professional security services to Canadian clients while advancing your career.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic support and managed service team working on multi-vendor environments. The team is the first point of contact offering remote technical support and managed services for a large client base.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, and will be encouraged to work on their own initiative as well as be an integral part of a dynamic team. This role requires you to grow in a team of Support engineers with various levels of experience and to excel in the following key areas:
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Security, or a related discipline is preferred; however, it is not a requirement. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role will be given equal consideration.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts.
