Job summary

A leading IT services company based in Montreal is seeking a professional to provide support on Cisco switches, routers, and Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English and have experience with network troubleshooting and configuration. Responsibilities include maintaining computer networks and overall network infrastructure performance. Qualifications

• Provide support on Cisco switches, routers, and Wireless devices.
• Provide support on Palo Alto firewall; implement firewall changes as needed.
• Maintain computer networks, routers, switches, APs, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices.
• Troubleshoot and configure network equipment, Firewall and Wireless devices.
• Implement disaster recovery procedures; stay updated on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to employees and management.
• Overall responsible for Network Infrastructure availability and Performance.
• Governing & reporting on network infrastructure availability and performance.
