Responsibilities

• Capture pre- and post-installation photos of the server room and installed hardware.
• Collect MAC addresses of newly deployed Cisco IP phones.
• Install, configure, and test new Cisco IP phone systems.
• Decommission legacy systems and safely remove existing equipment.
• Properly pack, label, and prepare decommissioned hardware for FedEx pickup.
• Perform cable tracing and verification as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to deployment standards.
