We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Network Development Manager to drive the expansion of Geely's retail and service network in Canada. This dual-focus role combines commercial relations—with responsibility for identifying network expansion opportunities and executing development plans—and visual merchandising / store design, overseeing the construction, transformation, and decoration of new Geely stores and workshops. The ideal candidate will ensure all network development activities are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with Geely brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Network Expansion & Commercial Relations:

• - Identify new opportunities for network expansion across Canadian markets.
• - Develop comprehensive network development plans in alignment with Geely brand standards and strategic goals.
• - Oversee the implementation of the development plan, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new stores and workshops.
• - Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate the opening of new locations.
• - Monitor and report on the progress of network development projects, addressing any issues that arise.
• - Ensure all new stores and workshops meet Geely brand standards and operational requirements.
• - Conduct quarterly evaluations of each site to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement.

Visual Merchandising & Store Design:

• - Manage all aspects related to the construction, transformation, and decoration of new Geely stores and workshops.
• - Coordinate and implement brand campaign materials in all stores and workshops.
• - Follow the implementation plan to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• - Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate store development.
• - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for store and workshop enhancements.
• - Ensure all construction, transformation and decoration activities comply with Geely brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• - Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
• - Maintain detailed records of project milestones, expenses, and other relevant information.
• - Prepare reports and presentations on project status and campaign implementations for management review.

Job Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• - At least 3 years of experience in sales, network development, retail store design, or similar roles in the automotive industry.
• - Proven experience in visual merchandising and store design.
• - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
