Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring network services, assisting in troubleshooting, documenting procedures, and learning security best practices while shadowing the team on tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Meraki, and OpManager.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program in CS/IT.
• Strong interest in networking technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
