Job summary

PrecisionERP is seeking a Network Administrator to join our client located in the greater Toronto area for a full time permanent position. Work will be hybrid with 3 days onsite.

The role requires CCNA certification and solid experience with Cisco networking technologies. You will monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, provide Level 2 support, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure, reliable network services.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS, Networking, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Up to 5 years of network infrastructure experience.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies; Fortinet security is an asset.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, firewalls, and network security.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools, ITIL practices, and change management processes.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2 support and resolve network incidents.
• Assist with network upgrades, deployments, equipment installations, and lifecycle management.
• Support configuration changes, patching, and hardware replacement activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in network improvement projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure network services.
