Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fredericton is seeking part-time cleaning technicians to work in the Fredericton area in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have their own transportation to and from job sites and be able to work in the evenings.

Shifts include Wednesdays 7:00pm–12:30am and Sundays 3:00pm–8:30pm, with 11 hours per week and potential to add more hours for the right applicant. A police background check and security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Building Cleaning.
• Sweeping/Mopping.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting.
• General cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
• And more as directed by supervisors.
• Helping co-workers.

Part Time Cleaning

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts

• Wednesday’s - 7:00pm - 12:30am
• Sunday’s - 3:00pm - 8:30pm (an additional 4 hrs could be added to this prior to for the right applicant)

11 hours per week

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning
