Job summary

Servicemasterclean in Fredericton is seeking a part-time cleaning technician to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have their own transportation to and from job sites around Fredericton.

Shifts are Wednesday 7:00pm–12:30am and Sunday 3:00pm–8:30pm, totaling about 11 hours per week, with potential for more hours. Duties include building cleaning, disinfecting touch points, vacuuming, washrooms, dusting, and garbage removal; team support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Be flexible with hours and able to stay late or come early if required.
• Ability to work independently or around other people; good English communication.
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset but not required.
• Police background check and security clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Disinfecting touch points and washrooms, dusting, and garbage removal.
• General cleaning duties and assisting co-workers as needed.
• This role involves physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.

Part Time Cleaning

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts

• Wednesday’s – 7:00pm – 12:30am
• Sunday’s – 3:00pm – 8:30pm (an additional 4 hrs could be added to this prior to for the right applicant)
• 11 hours per week
• Potential to add more hours

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning
