Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead end-to-end SuiteBilling/Zone Billing implementations, coordinating requirements, configuration, testing, and UAT for complex billing and revenue management projects.

You will guide project timelines and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. A strong NetSuite ERP background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to develop functional use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SuiteBilling/Zone Billing implementations and assessments.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze and document billing requirements.
• Configure SuiteBilling/Zone Billing modules to meet business needs; develop and execute test cases; manage UAT.
• Translate business requirements into functional use cases and testing scenarios.
• Mentor and train junior consultants to maintain quality standards.
