Job summary

Houseblend.io in Canada is seeking a seasoned NetSuite Functional Consultant to analyze business processes, configure NetSuite ERP, and bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will lead requirements gathering, create functional designs, and configure modules such as Finance, CRM, and Inventory.

You may lead portions of NetSuite implementations, manage project deliverables, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software, Electrical or Industrial), Computer Science, Commerce (with an Accounting, Finance focus)
• Three (3) or more years experience in a NetSuite Functional or Technical Consulting role or other similar ERPs
• Experience leading or contributing to several full-cycle NetSuite implementations as a functional or technical consultant

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Developing project plans, governance, defining scope, prioritizing requirements, and delivering on time.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops to map requirements to NetSuite functionality.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance to optimize business processes through NetSuite.
• System Configuration & Design: Configure NetSuite modules to meet business needs including custom fields, forms, and workflows.
• Documentation: Create functional specs, process diagrams, and config docs for tech teams.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test scripts, perform UAT, troubleshoot issues.
• Data Migration Support: Assist with cleaning, mapping, and importing data from legacy systems.
• Training & Support: Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Oversee deliverables and manage cut-over/go-live processes.
• Change Management: Develop adoption strategies with clients.
