Qualifications

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to help manage, support and enhance our NetSuite environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing and configuring NetSuite solutions to meet our business needs, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPIs to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage configuration changes to custom fields, workflows, custom records, roles and permissions, dashboards, forms and other NetSuite customisations.
• Support the rollout of NetSuite functionality to meet local and global business requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities, recommend NetSuite enhancements, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage NetSuite releases, including coordinating release calendars, aligning with business and technical teams, conducting impact assessments, coordinating regression testing, and supporting deployment activities.
• Proactively monitor the NetSuite environment, including system performance, script executions and failures, integrations, saved search optimisation, and overall system health, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide internal training and user support, promoting NetSuite best practices and user adoption.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, operational processes, and support procedures.
• Provide functional support to end users across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across NetSuite and integrated third-party applications, including billing and financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices, governance standards, and internal controls.

About you - what we are looking for:

• A minimum of 4 years experience using NetSuite in an administrator role.
• Experience with P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Comfortable in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end-user training.
• The ability to collate and report on large sets of data in a methodical and clear manner.
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger and reporting
• A combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions, locations and seniority.
• The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident to troubleshoot and problem solve ad-hoc issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and leading a team.
• Comfortable to work across different time zones based on current projects
