Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is seeking an Intermediate .NET Software Developer in Calgary, Alberta, for a 6-month contract in a hybrid setting. You will work on an internal web app handling rail logistics, fleet management, and invoice reconciliation, using C#, Blazor, and Azure.

The role reports to the Tech Lead and emphasizes clean, secure code and solid collaboration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with .NET web apps, SQL Server, HTML/CSS, and Azure, plus Git-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on .NET web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Blazor, Entity Framework, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure deployment and management of web applications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for Git source control and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web application features using C#, ASP.NET Blazor, and Entity Framework.
• Design and optimize SQL Server database solutions for data integrity, security and performance.
• Integrate application functions with Microsoft Azure services for hosting, storage, and security.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for Git source control and work/sprint planning.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and team to deliver high-quality, well-designed solutions.
