Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing registered with BCCNM.
• One year recent neonatal experience in a tertiary unit.
• Current Basic Rescuer and Neonatal Resuscitation Certificates.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for newborns.
• Write accurate reports and provide care team updates.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation.
• Collaborate with care providers in patient care planning.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with Fraser Health policies.
• Advocate for patient's rights and promote Family Centered Care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
