Job summary

SickKids in Toronto is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Neonatology Program. You will provide leadership and promote inter-professional excellence across expert practice, education, consultation, research and leadership/change agency in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing or equivalent with a neonatal clinical focus.
• Nurse Practitioner program with neonatal emphasis completed.
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification obtained.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RN Extended Class) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the NICU and promote interprofessional excellence and collaboration.
• Lead and participate in expert practice, education, consultation, research and leadership/change agency.
• Support families with education and transition planning for neonatal care.
