Job summary

Ultra Maritime in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to support program execution by creating and maintaining IMS, helping develop WBS, and providing schedule analysis. The role requires strong MS Project experience and a background in defense, aerospace, or electronics product development, with up to 10% travel domestically.

You will collaborate with program managers and teams to ensure schedule integrity and prepare reports for governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience in electronics/aerospace/defense.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for projects.
• Develop and maintain the Program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Analyze schedule variance, critical path, and resource impacts; run what-if scenarios.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, engineering and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs.
• Support governance, customer reviews and overall program performance by maintaining IMS views and reports.
