Ultra Maritime in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to support program execution by creating and maintaining IMS, helping develop WBS, and providing schedule analysis. The role requires strong MS Project experience and a background in defense, aerospace, or electronics product development, with up to 10% travel domestically.
You will collaborate with program managers and teams to ensure schedule integrity and prepare reports for governance reviews.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
The Scheduler / Planner plays a key role in supporting program execution at Ultra Maritime by creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, assisting with work breakdown structures, and providing schedule analysis including variances, critical path, resource impacts, and what-if scenarios. Working with Program Managers, functional teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures schedule integrity, highlights risks and dependencies, and supports governance, customer reviews, and overall program performance. This position is best suited to a highly organized professional with strong MS Project experience and a background in defense, aerospace, or electronics product development.
