At Tall Tree, you'll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We're a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We're the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We're committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

As a Naturopathic Physician at Tall Tree, you'll play a vital role in redefining healthcare by prioritizing holistic well-being and individualized care. You will provide comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of health concerns—supporting clients with a range of conditions, from chronic illness and digestive disorders to hormonal imbalances and stress-related concerns.

Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver care in our clinic, community settings, and through telehealth, ensuring that each individual receives integrative, evidence-informed support tailored to their unique needs.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who believes in practicing healthcare the way it should be—by fostering genuine connections, delivering effective solutions, and empowering individuals to achieve optimal health.

As a Naturopathic Physician, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and lifestyle evaluations. You'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans using natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Clinical Counselors, and more to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients on the principles of naturopathy and holistic health practices. You'll provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness practices to improve overall health.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate with third-party insurance providers and other relevant stakeholders to support patient care and treatment plans.
  • Keep growing. Keep up to date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in naturopathic medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

We're looking for

  • Someone licensed to practice Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia, with a preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in private practice.
  • A strong foundation in evidence-based naturopathic medicine with a commitment to clinical excellence and continuous skill development.
  • Deep respect for the complexity of human health and a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Passion for learning and ongoing professional development, with an openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively through precise language, healing narratives, and consistent messaging.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring, with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
  • A humble and curious mindset, with a commitment to lifelong learning and collaboration
