The Role

• Conduct virtual consultations (video or phone) with patients using Insynco’s platform.
• Deliver high-quality, tailored care to patients, focusing on their health goals.
• Complete patient charts and documentation with attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of innovative care protocols and provide feedback to continually improve services.
• Address patient inquiries and manage communications, including ordering lab tests and prescribing supplements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed naturopathic doctor (College of Naturopaths of Ontario).
• A flexible schedule, with at least 2 days/week available for appointments.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and a high energy level.
• Access to high-speed internet, an HD webcam, and a professional, distraction-free workspace.

Nice-to-Haves

• 2+ years of experience providing naturopathic care, either through telemedicine or in-person.
• Previous sales experience.
• Prescribing license.
