About the Role

You will be working as part of a clinical team to deliver comprehensive and collaborative care to our members - women seeking mid-life health support. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, compassionate, mission-driven, and passionate about women’s health. We are bringing on Naturopathic Doctors to our team to ensure the highest quality of care for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual consultations and assessments for women on June’s virtual platform.
• Create personalized treatment plans, manage women’s health and menopause-related treatment, educate patients on symptoms, risks and treatment options.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and foster a holistic approach to health.
• Accurately document patient interactions in electronic medical records and ensure high-quality charting standards.
• Facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Opportunity to work with the team to develop educational content, webinars, and email communications to empower patients and clients with knowledge.

Requirements:

• A Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for women’s health, eager to make a meaningful impact and empower women in their wellness journey.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on women’s health, hormonal health, perimenopause, and menopause.
• Comfortable in a telehealth setting and highly proficient with EMRs and digital healthcare tools.
• Passionate about personalized, patient-centered care, with expertise in crafting treatment plans and diagnosing complex health concerns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients while being a supportive, trusted member of a collaborative team.
• Adherent to Provincial and National Standards: Maintain professional conduct in accordance with your regulatory body’s standard. Ensure all practice is within the defined scope, staying up to date with ongoing education and training requirements
