You will supervise service technicians, coordinate repairs, and drive safe, high-quality execution while supporting customer service and business growth. A strong track record in rotating equipment and professional certifications are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a rotating equipment service or repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, and related mechanical equipment.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• P.Eng., CET, RET, Millwright, or similar technical certification is considered an asset.
