ARS Responds Canada is seeking an experienced Vice-President, Sales and Business Development to lead the company’s national sales and business development strategy across Canada.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Vice-President will drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth, personally developing and winning major accounts, expanding market share, strengthening key client relationships, and leading a high-performing national business development team.

Qualificações

• 10-15 years of progressive sales and business development leadership experience in related industry.
• Proven success personally winning major accounts and generating revenue.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams.
• Experience developing business across multiple provinces with insurers, brokers, and commercial clients.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage complex client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a national sales and business development strategy focused on revenue growth and diversification.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with insurers, brokers, and commercial clients.
• Lead major account pursuits, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Align sales strategies with operations and finance for capacity and margins.
• Coach and develop regional business development teams; set clear KPIs and accountability.
• Represent ARS Responds Canada at industry events and client functions.
