Job summary

The Jewish Security Network (JSN) is seeking a National Security Program Manager to support the operational delivery and growth of a nationwide community security initiative across Ontario and beyond.

You will coordinate security assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training, working with institutions, volunteers, vendors, and law enforcement partners. This role requires an organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple projects and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong written communication skills, including report writing.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security-related projects and operational initiatives across communities.
• Conduct security assessments and prepare written assessment reports.
• Develop and maintain emergency protocols and preparedness plans.
• Coordinate and support emergency exercises, drills, and training initiatives.
• Support grant-related activities, documentation, and project tracking.
• Assist with security planning for community events and gatherings.
