Job summary

Cystic Fibrosis Canada is seeking an Officer - Events to lead fundraising events nationwide, driving revenue and donor engagement. You'll manage a portfolio of events, coordinate third‑party fundraisers, and partner with Marketing, Donor Relations and volunteers to deliver high‑impact experiences.

The role requires strong project management, volunteer leadership, and excellent communication. This is a 12‑month contract with opportunities to grow within CF Canada and support the cystic fibrosis

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years fundraising and/or events experience with proven results.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and working with committees.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national events and third‑party fundraisers.
• Plan logistics, budgeting, permits, and health & safety for events.
• Engage fundraisers, provide ongoing support, and grow participation.
• Drive revenue through donor stewardship and sponsor relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Philanthropy, and CF teams.
