Role Overview:

The National Business Manager for New Zealand will oversee business management, develop growth strategies, and represent SunRice with key stakeholders in NZ. This standalone role is responsible for achieving sales, profit, and market share targets, working closely with Australian channel and function leads to align with the overall ANZ strategy. The role requires managing the NZ retail channel and collaborating effectively with head office teams.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of the NZ FMCG market and account/channel-specific activities
  • Experience with diverse categories and distributors
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Resilience, energy, self-motivation, leadership, and opportunistic traits
Preferred (Not Essential):
  • Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • Technical aptitude in food categories sales facilitation
  • Project management experience
