Job summary

Sysco Canada is seeking a Relationship Manager to act as the primary service liaison for national contracted customers. You will ensure high-quality service, accurate pricing, and operational performance while driving growth and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on Sysco’s commitments and maintain strong client relationships across multiple national accounts. The role requires 3+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience in sales or marketing.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the food service industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as main service liaison for assigned national customer head offices.
• Lead resolution of escalated service issues with accountability and follow-through.
• Proactively communicate delivery schedules, inventory status, pricing updates and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports on service levels, KPIs, and contractual compliance (MSA).
• Coordinate onboarding, pricing files, and delivery setup with cross-functional teams.
