Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. is seeking an Administration Coordinator for National Accounts in Mississauga.

You will provide day-to-day admin support, assist in invoicing, and collaborate with billing, collections and customers to ensure timely revenue realization and accurate reporting of account metrics. Reporting to the Manager, Program Management, you will help deliver organized install project delivery, maintain data integrity, SLA metrics, and support quarterly business reviews

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in security.
• College education in administrative field preferred.
• Experience invoicing and collections is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support.
• Ensure customer invoices are accurate and timely with billing/collections.
• Assemble data for scheduled SLA reporting.
• Review customer billing and invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate invoicing activities to ensure revenue realization.
• Compile, validate, and maintain customer performance data and metrics.
• Prepare reporting packages and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Support customer account management through reporting, follow-up, and coordination.
