Aphex is launching its North American presence from Toronto with a founding Account Manager who brings deep construction-site experience. You will drive project success, expand accounts, and lead adoption of Aphex across major projects.

You’ll join a high‑performing GTM team, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and shape the North America playbook as one of the first on the ground.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of on-site construction experience on Sub-Agent/Agent/PM track.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Planning and Operations Directors.
• Proven track record in account management with expansion and upsell.
• Comfort presenting to site managers and directors and leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Drive adoption on live projects and help teams plan with Aphex.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders who decide Aphex as a standard.
• Spot expansion opportunities: new divisions, new project types, new products.
• Collaborate with customer success managers to deliver onboarding and activation.
• Help customers establish consistent operating processes using Aphex.
