Job summary

Schlegel Villages' Maynard Nursing Home in Toronto, ON seeks a contracted Music Therapist to support residents according to care plans. The role is independent contractor and involves planning, delivering and evaluating sessions, with a focus on engaging residents and enhancing well‑being. A degree in Music Therapy and eligibility for CAMT accreditation are required; experience with seniors is an asset.

Hours: 6 hours per month. Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Description

Maynard Nursing Home located in Toronto, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Contracted Music Therapist to join our team.

Hours: 6 hours / month

As a Music Therapist you will work as an independent contractor for Schlegel Villages you will support residents as needed and reflective of their care plans:

• The Music Therapistwill have a degree in Music Therapy from an accredited institution and be eligible for Accreditation with The Canadian Association of Music Therapists.
