Faith Christian School is seeking a part-time upper school music teacher (may be full-time if the candidate is qualified to teach other subjects). Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Roanoke, Virginia, our school is highly committed to the arts – Music, Theatre, Art – believing they play a critical role in shaping the affections of our students. The applicant should be eager and able to build on our current Christian, classical program. It will include music history, literacy, composition, appreciation, listening skills, and a robust understanding of a Biblical rationale for the importance of music.
