Job description

Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) is one of the largest school divisions in Alberta, serving the education needs of approximately 17,950 students in 42 schools. EIPS is recruiting a temporary part-time (0.447 FTE) Elementary Music Teacher at Wes Hosford Elementary. This position is responsible for the K-6 Music Classes, as well as the Christmas Concert for Grades 1 to 3 and the Spring Concert for Grades 4 to 6.

Wes Hosford Elementary serves approximately 300 students in kindergarten to Grade 6, with 14 teaching staff and 9 support staff. The school is located in Sherwood Park, AB.

Wes Hosford Elementary provides an engaging atmosphere that facilitates and supports lifelong learning and wellness. In a safe environment, staff meet the diverse needs of students while modelling responsible citizenship for a global society.

Qualifications
