Job summary

MUNIvers is seeking a Municipal Implementation Consultant to work with Canadian municipalities, understand their processes, and guide practical software-based improvements. You’ll join experienced consultants and gradually take ownership of implementation activities and customer support.

This customer-facing role emphasizes problem solving, understanding municipal operations, and helping clients use technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in municipal finance, taxation, or administration.
• Strong customer-facing consulting skills and problem solving.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical software solutions.
• Comfortable working with diverse municipal clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements.
• Identify workflow improvements and efficiency opportunities.
• Support configuration and implementation activities.
• Assist with data migration, testing, training and go-live prep.
• Document requirements, processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation, product, and technical teams.
• Build relationships with clients and support their success.
• Develop consulting and software implementation skills.
