Job summary

CIMA+’s Infrastructure team delivers municipal and real-estate projects across Canada. We seek an experienced Team Lead, Contract Administration to lead contract teams on multiple construction projects, oversee inspections, and guide change requests while supporting client and contractor relations.

This leadership role based in Burlington (or nearby) offers a collaborative environment, mentorship of junior staff, and a clear path to impact on critical infrastructure with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in contract administration within municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, documents, specs, and claims.
• Experience in planning, cost and schedule management, risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract administration teams on multiple construction projects.
• Oversee inspection services and ensure QA across projects.
• Supervise measurement of progress and approve payment certificates.
• Direct project documentation and ensure timely progress reporting.
• Review contract changes, claims, and disputes; provide strategic guidance.
• Mentor junior staff and support continual improvement.
